Navigating Religious Diversity in the Workplace
In our increasingly interconnected and global workplaces, and in a world where religious differences and tensions are heightened, acknowledging, discussing, and navigating religious diversity can be challenging.
- What is the connection of religion to work or what “should” the role of religion be at work
- How do we build workplaces that are both secular and inclusive of religious diversity?
- How do we manage, navigate and reconcile tensions between beliefs?
- How do we ensure religious traditions and sentiments are recognized fairly and equitably?
