Program Cancellations & Refund Policy

By completing your registration for workshop and making a full or installment payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
2. You need to request the course cancellation 10 working days before the course starting date. An admin fee of 25% of the course fee applies which will not be refunded. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
3. You are not eligible for any refund if you make a request for course cancellation less than 10 working days before the course starting date. We may be able to reschedule you to a similar workshop at a later date.
4. The Inclusive Leadership Institute reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of participants have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The Inclusive Leadership Institute also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. In the event of a cancellation, The Inclusive Leadership Institute will either arrange for an alternative date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
